Booking Terms and Conditions
1.CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS to bookings made up to 21 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. A full refund will be made less banking/card/admin costs. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 21 days notice.
2.A BOOKING means any order for our products and services on this site that is accepted by us. Acceptance will be made by us(and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you. There is no agent involved in this booking process, the contract is concluded between you as the CUSTOMER and us as the BUSINESS. Full payment for all bookings is required at the time of booking. To make a cancellation you will be required initially to call us on +44(0)1424 428510.If you have any QUERIES or complaints in relation to the booking processor our business, please contact us directly on +44(0)1424 428510.
3.Please read and explain the following conditions of use to all members of your party: ON SMOKING .For obvious legal, safety, health and insurance reasons and in the best interests of all guests, staff and visitors, the entire establishment including entrance steps, wheelchair ramp, balconies and all public and hotel rooms are non smoking. Persons smoking in these areas or out of windows or on balconies, steps, ramp, will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be made. Extra charges may be incurred for additional cleaning costs and for downtime on rooms that cannot be used up to a period of 3 days. Your understanding and co operation with this strictly enforced policy is much appreciated. If your booking is due to commence within the next 36 hours please phone before booking.
4.PETS are not permitted with the exception of guide dogs and well trained husbands.
5.INCOMING GUESTS: to give you the maximum amount of time in Hastings we can usually take in your luggage from 1030 hours, although rooms are not generally ready for guests until about noon. Please note, we do not accept arrivals after 2000 hours without prior agreement. If you have not taken up your reservation by 2000 hours we will treat the booking as cancelled (see above in the event of cancellation).
6.DEPARTURE:to allow us time to service the accommodation ready for new arrivals on the day of departure we ask you to vacate rooms by 1000 hours. We hope we have your help and understanding on this matter.
7.INSURANCE:for your protection we strongly recommend that you take our adequate insurance. If you would like an application form please email and we will be happy to post one to you.
8.ADMISSION:we reserve the right to refuse admission. If you or any member of your party cause damage or is in any way an encumbrance to ourselves, staff, other guests or visitors, we reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund.
9.BOOKING CONFIRMATION: please check all the details of the booking confirmation as we may not be able to alter the booking at a later date.
