Good For Access
I took my mother to stay at the Grand. She had a ground floor bedroom, I stayed on the first floor. My mother is 94 and finds it hard to go up or down lots of stairs. So we were really impressed that the hotel had a side door with direct access from the pavement, and a ground floor bedroom with an adapted bathroom and shower. Well done also on getting a disabled parking space outside the hotel. Great views of the sea. Very friendly welcome and helpful manager.
